We needed to sell that old house. Along came Lori via a friend who was going through the same process. We didn't know her. We also didn't know any other real estate agent, so we called, thankfully! On her first visit, she pointed out some things we should do before listing the house and gave us a little encouragement, raising our expectations of the sales price. We spent a couple of weeks getting the house emptied, etc., and called Lori. On her return visit, she said that after another review of the market, she thought we could list the house at an even higher price. Knowing absolutely nothing about the real estate business, we accepted her advice, but honestly had no expectation that it would be sold for anything close to her evaluation. Well, as I said, we know nothing! The house was listed on November 8th; under contract 9 days later, and sold on December 13th for just under her estimate! We were flabbergasted!
